Carmelized onion dip

  • 1 large vidalia onion, cut in half and sliced thin
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp sage
  • pinch sea salt
  • sprinkle black pepper
  • ¾ tsp worchestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  1. Carmelize onions over medium heat.
  2. Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt, black pepper and sage.
  3. Chop carmelized onions in food processor.
  4. In bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise, carmelized onions, worchestershire sauce, onion powder and sea salt.
  5. Chill for 2 hours or more.
