Vegan energy bites

A tasty treat while on the Daniel Fast. They're also vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free.
Ingredients
1⅓ cups oats, organic preferred
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (I buy in bulk at Whole Foods)
½ cup natural peanut butter (no added sugar or molasses)
½ cup crushed walnuts, any nut or ground flax seed
½ cup date honey (link to recipe in post) or maybe mashed ripe banana would work
½ cup raisins, organic preferred
½ tsp sea salt
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a big bowl.
Roll into small balls and place on wax paper.
Refrigerate to harden and chill. Keep stored in fridge.
Makes 28 balls.
