Chicken BLT salad with avocado dressing {Secret Recipe Club}

- 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 2-3 medium tomatoes, cut into small wedges
- ½ pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Shredded parmesan cheese
- Croutons
- 1 bunch scallions, chopped
- 2 chicken breasts baked and sliced
- AVOCADO DRESSING:
- 1 avocado
- 1 Tbsp dehydrated onion flakes
- ½ cup milk (or as much as you need to thin out dressing)
- 4 Tbsp sour cream
- ½ lime, juiced
- ½ cup cilantro leaves, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- Optional ~ Add some bacon drippings from cooking the bacon
- Mix up salad dressing and refrigerate. Chill for at least ½ hour before serving.
- Chop and prepare all toppings for salad including baking or grilling chicken and cooking bacon.
- Have family make own salads from toppings.
