Ingredients
  • 7 oz jar roasted red peppers
  • 2 Tbsp plain bread crumbs
  • ½ cup walnuts, toasted
  • 1 Tbsp pomegranate molasses
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
  1. Toast walnuts on low heat and set aside.
  2. Add all ingredients to food processor and mix until well combined.
  3. Refrigerate until cold and serve with pita chips or other toasted bread or flatbread
