Yesterday while drinking my afternoon chai tea I wondered how it would taste with some Nutella mixed in. It was good, but needed a bit more. I only used 1/2 tablespoon. Next time I would use at least a full tablespoon or a bit more. It melted in really well, but I needed to keep stirring it every so often.

Oh my gosh – you have just furthered my theory that Nutella goes with EVERYTHING.
*opens official notebook, jots down "Chai tea, 1 tbsp, stir"*
That looks yummy 🙂 Nutella rocks 🙂 I have just heard about Nutella Challange (http://www.bellalimento.com/nutella-challenge/the-nutella-challenge-blogroll/) Cheers!
Yet another combination I would never have thought of on my own.
🙂
ButterYum
Yum, I hadn’t thought of that either! Hmmm, I wonder if Nutella would be good mixed into my plain yogurt, instead of peanut butter and coconut oil (my “ice cream substitute”) … but only when I want to be “bad”! 😉
For the truly ambitious, Elena (of Elena’s Pantry) has a gluten-free homemade Nutella recipe. I haven’t tried it yet, but it looks good:

She adapted it from this:

I would like to try this with Xylitol …. wonder if you could grind it in a coffee grinder for a finer texture like powdered sugar.
