Recipes to jumpstart healthy eating!

New year….time to restart, refocus and start fresh!! Especially with eating healthy and getting back into an exercise routine. If you follow me on facebook you already know I’ve been having a hard time with sugar cravings this time around. Thankfully now that I’m on day 3 of low carb eating, the cravings have started to subside.

I had so much fun with my top recipe of 2011 compilation that I figured I’d share some healthy recipes that really make staying on track a lot easier. Most of them lean toward low carb eating, but are also easily adapted to keep them point friendly if you’re doing Weight Watchers.
